Data collected during the VALD Assessment (in person)
During the VALD Assessment service, BVY collects physical performance data via Force Decks and Dynamo+ platforms (force, power, speed and left/right muscular asymmetry measurements). These measurements are considered sensitive data under Loi 25 and benefit from enhanced protections. They are stored in your BVY client file to track your progression and compare successive tests. You can at any time request access, correction or deletion under the conditions described in section 8.
BVY does not collect via the website: credit card numbers, social insurance numbers, detailed medical data (diagnoses, treatments).
Each piece of data collected has a specific reason.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Name + email (/contact) | To respond to your contact request |
| City + profile (/contact) | To qualify your request and better direct you (in-person vs. remote coaching, athlete vs. organization) |
| Contact details (/conferences) | To prepare a speaking proposal tailored to your event |
| Email (lead magnet) | To send you the free PDF. With your separate consent: to keep you informed of future BVY content |

Your data is never sold, resold or used for third-party advertising purposes.
Contact and speaking forms: by clicking "Send," you consent to BVY using your information to process your request.
Lead magnet and waitlists: by entering your email and clicking the sign-up button, you consent to receiving the requested content (the PDF, the launch notification). If the form offers to sign you up for additional marketing communications (newsletter, tips, BVY news), this consent is collected separately via an optional checkbox, in accordance with CASL.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@corentinherybvy.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
BVY retains your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

|---|---|
| Leads not converted into clients (waitlist emails, lead magnet) | 3 years after the last contact or action |
| Contact requests without commercial follow-up | 2 years |
| Client data subject to invoicing | 7 years (fiscal and accounting obligations in force in Quebec and Canada) |
| Marketing emails (CASL consent) | Until consent is withdrawn, then deletion within 30 days |
Beyond these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.
BVY does not sell, lease or share your personal data for any third-party commercial purpose.
In accordance with Loi 25 (art. 17), BVY discloses below the processors that handle your data on its behalf, along with server locations and safeguards in place. A privacy impact assessment (PIA) has been conducted for each transfer outside Quebec.
Technical processors:
Transfer outside Canada: the processors above store data on servers located in the United States. The US data protection framework (notably the Cloud Act) may, under certain circumstances, allow US authorities to access the data. BVY has taken this risk into account in its PIA and considered it proportionate to the purposes of the processing and the contractual safeguards in place. You can request additional details on this assessment by writing to contact@corentinherybvy.com.
Legal obligation: BVY may be required to disclose your information if required by law or by order of a competent Canadian or foreign authority.
In accordance with Loi 25 [FR original retained] of Quebec and PIPEDA, you have the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@corentinherybvy.com with:
BVY is committed to responding within 30 calendar days of receiving your complete request. This period may be extended by an additional 30 days for complex requests, with prior notice.
Cookies used at site launch:
What BVY does not use at launch:
Web fonts (Google Fonts): the site loads its typefaces (Barlow Condensed, Inter) from the Google Fonts service (fonts.googleapis.com). This transmits to Google your IP address and technical headers (browser, language), strictly necessary to deliver the fonts. No advertising cookie is set by this service. If you prefer not to load these fonts, configure domain blocking for fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com via a uBlock-type extension; the site remains functional with default system fonts.
If analytics tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated before their activation and you will be informed.
BVY implements reasonable measures to protect your personal data:
No system is infallible. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a serious risk of harm, BVY undertakes to notify the Commission d'acces a l'information (CAI) and the affected individuals with diligence, in accordance with Quebec's Loi 25. No fixed hour-based deadline is imposed by law: the speed of notification is assessed according to the nature of the incident and the risk involved.
BVY may modify this policy at any time to reflect legal, operational or technical changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page is kept current with each modification.
In the event of significant changes affecting your rights, BVY will inform you by email if you have consented to receive communications.
For any question or concern relating to the processing of your personal information, you are invited to first contact the privacy officer designated in section 2 (contact@corentinherybvy.com).
If a request is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a complaint with the competent provincial or federal supervisory authority for personal information protection.
